Public comments may be made:
- In person: Members of the public desiring to speak on a matter appearing on the agenda should ask the Mayor for the opportunity to be heard when the item comes up for Council consideration (or complete a speaker card prior to the meeting). Comments for all agenda items are limited to a speaking time of three minutes unless modified by the Mayor.
- In writing: Go to http://bishop-ca.granicus.com/ViewPublisher.php?view_id=8 to submit an "eComment" for the corresponding meeting. Please note that eComment submissions closes at 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. You may also hand deliver public comments to the City drop/payment box located at the Church Street entrance to City Hall on or before the deadline noted above. Written public comments received after the deadline will be provided to the Council at the earliest possibility. Please note written public comments received will not be read aloud at the meeting.

B. Participation in California Cooperative Liquid Assets Securities System
City Council to authorize the City Administrator to complete the California CLASS Registration Packet so that the City may purchase shares of beneficial interest issued by the California CLASS from time to time with available funds of the City, and to redeem such shares as needed.
C. FY 2023-24 Final Budget Adjustments

Council consideration to accept the Letter of Extension provided by Carmichael Business Technologies (CBT) to extend their IT services agreement with the City of Bishop for an additional one (1) year period from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.
H. Tree Maintenance Agreement Letter of Extension
City of Bishop City Council to accept the Letter of Extension provided by Eastern Sierra Tree Services and extend the Tree Maintenance for one year with a term expiring on June 30, 2025.
I. Letter of Extension for Fuel Services from Pilot Thomas and Updated Fee Schedule
City Council to accept the Letter of Extension for Fuel Services from Pilot Thomas and approve the proposed updated Fee Schedule.
J. Street Sweeping Maintenance Agreement
